Civil Defence Salary 2024, Ranks And Allowance.

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defece Corps which is also regarded as NSCDC is a paramilitary agency which was established in 1967 to provide security against threat and any form of attack or disaster.

They are always deployed alongside the Nigerian Police Force. The Agency is responsible for the protection of lives and properties, as well as maintaining order and discipline.

Now, Let’s talk about the rank structure of the NSCDC.

NSCDC Ranks

The ranks in the NSCDC are divided into two categories the same wey the Nigerian Immigration Service Ranks is divided, The non commissioned Officers which is regarded as the junior ranks and the Commissioned officers ranks also regarded to as senior officer ranks.

The salary structure can be calculated in two different ways, The monthly salary and the annual salary. The monthly salary ranges from ₦48,000 to ₦127,000, while the annual salary ranges from ₦576,000 to ₦1,524,000.

1. Assistant Cadet Inspector (ACI): Monthly salary of ₦48,000 and an annual salary of ₦576,000.
2. Cadet Inspector (CI): Monthly salary of ₦73,000 and an annual salary of ₦876,000.
3. Assistant Superintendent of Corps II (ASCI): Monthly salary of ₦127,000 and an annual salary of ₦1,524,000.
4. Assistant Superintendent of Corps I (ASCI): Monthly salary of ₦156,000 and an annual salary of ₦1,872,000.

3. Assistant Commandant General of Corps (ACG): Monthly salary of ₦700,000 and an annual salary of ₦9,000,000.
4. Deputy Commandant General of Corps (DCG): Monthly salary of ₦1,056,000 and an annual salary of ₦12,672,000
