NDLEA Training Allowance
The NDLEA Training Allowance ranges from N15,000 – N25,000 for those who joined the service with SSCE or NCE or National Diploma. Whlle those who joined the service as a graduate are paid training allowance of about N25,000 – N45,000.
Please also note that those who are joining the NDLEA as a graduate must possess either HND or BSC. HND is the certificate which is given to those who graduated from any recognized Polytechnic while BSC is obtained when you graduate from University.

NDLEA Training Duration
NDLEA Training Duration is about 6 months for those who joined the service using SSCE, NCE or National Diploma certificate while those who joined the service using HND or BSC lasts up to 9 months to a year.

NDLEA Basic Recruitment Requirements for Gradutes
- You must be a Nigerian citizen
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
- Have a minimum of second-class honors degree from a recognized institution
- Have at least five years of relevant work experience
- Possess excellent communication and leadership skills
- Be proficient in written and spoken English

- You must be a Nigerian citizen
- You must be between the ages of 18 and 35
- You must have a minimum of secondary school education which means you need to posses SSCE certificate.
- You must be physically and mentally fit
- You must be able to pass a drug test
- You must have a valid ID card.
